Subtle jab at Tom Sandoval from Ariana Madix following her lawsuit over explicit Rachel Leviss videos
As word leaked out that Tom Sandoval is suing Ariana Madix, she subtly made fun of him.
“Congratulations to everyone at @evolutionusa @bravotv and to everyone who makes this show great!” Madix, 39, said on Instagram Stories on Wednesday, July 17, in honor of Vanderpump Rules’ most recent Emmy nomination for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program.
The Love Island USA presenter, though, wasn’t too thrilled about posting Sandoval’s photo on her Instagram Stories. In the photo, Madix animatedly covered her ex’s face with a “well done” sticker.
Not to mention, Madix adapted Taylor Swift’s song “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” for her story.
On Tuesday, July 16, Us Weekly said that 40-year-old Sandoval is suing his former girlfriend, alleging that she obtained pornographic recordings of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss on his phone without his “authorization or permission.”
According to Sandoval’s lawsuit, on March 1, 2023, Madix “obtained access” to his phone and looked through videos of Leviss. In addition, Sandoval’s complaint claims that Madix “made copies” of a film and shared it with “Leviss and third parties” without getting his consent.

In response to Leviss’s and Madix’s February lawsuits, Sandoval filed the current one. Leviss charged the ex-couples with revenge porn, violation of privacy through eavesdropping, and purposeful infliction of emotional distress.
In a statement provided to Us on Wednesday, Sandoval’s lawyer, Mark Gerragos, said, “While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix.”
We filed a cross-complaint on Mr. Sandoval’s behalf to guarantee a proper and equitable allocation of blame among all parties.
In order to guarantee that blame, if any, is equitably allocated according to the true degree of involvement and fault of each party, this usual judicial action was essential. Our goal is to settle this legal conflict with the utmost regard for each and every party.

The statement read, “It is disgusting that Tom Sandoval is still torturing Ms. Madix.” After having an extramarital affair that destroyed her home and sense of security, she endured months of emotional abuse, and now he’s trying to avoid taking additional accountability for the harm his actions have caused to her and her mental health.
The privileges Tom Sandoval and Ms. Madix had with regard to their personal communication devices are well known to him.
The statement went on: “It would be criminal for someone to find out their spouse or significant other was having an affair if he or his mistress had their way. It speaks for itself that Mr. Sandoval went from pleading with Ms. Madix for forgiveness to accusing her of being his wrongdoer.
Months after the New York Times called Mr. Sandoval “the most hated man in America,” he still acts as though he hasn’t learned anything and must torture Ms. Madix in an attempt to save his reputation. Ms. Madix is sure that a jury would reject his baseless allegations and see right through this most recent ruse.
