Seth told about the departure of Emma! She did everything right

Seth Rogen has confirmed the long-running rumor that Emma Watson walked off the set of 2013 comedy This Is the End. Rogen revealed to British GQ that Watson did, in fact, refuse to film a scene in which Danny McBride is a cannibal and has Channing Tatum on a leash.

However, Rogen claims he isn’t bothered by it.

“I mean, I don’t look back and say, ‘How dare she do that?'” You know what I mean? “I think sometimes when you read something, it doesn’t seem to be what you thought it was,” he explained. “But it wasn’t a tragic end to our relationship.

She returned the next day to say her final goodbyes. She assisted in the film’s promotion. There are no hard feelings, and I couldn’t be happier with how the film turned out.”

The scene was cut from the film, but Rogen stated that he prefers the scene that was used instead: “She was probably right. It was probably more entertaining the way we ended up doing it.”

The film was directed by Rogen and Evan Goldberg before they went on to direct The Interview (2014).

Rogen’s book, which is probably best described as a memoir, will be released in May, and in typical Seth Rogen fashion, it does not appear to be well, uh, traditional.
