Madonna, 66, dazzles with her flawless complexion as she departs the Milan Dolce & Gabbana after-party

Madonna exited the Dolce and Gabbana after-party in Milan, leaving everyone in awe of her flawlessly beautiful complexion.

The 66-year-old celebrity was present at the Spring Summer 2025 Milan Fashion Week exhibition on Saturday.

Wearing a gold crown and a black lace veil, she flaunted her daring sense of style as she sat in the front row with Naomi Campbell and Ashley Graham. However, her flawless skin truly caught the eye as she flaunted her timeless appearance.

When Madonna got out of her car to go to the after-party in the Italian city, she was seen navigating through a crowd.

Under her gorgeous veil, she accessorized with a black bodysuit, fishnet stockings, and stilettos for her outing.

Madonna observed as a number of models, among them Irina Shayk, paraded down the catwalk donning her renowned cone bra.

Thirty-four years after the singer debuted her busty corset during her Blonde Ambition World Tour in 1990, the girls walk the runway wearing identical bodysuits and bras to her iconic Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra.

Earlier this month, Madonna attended New York design Week, and when she arrived late to the Luar Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear design presentation, she nearly fell.

The celebrity made a dramatic debut and, after tripping in her extremely high stiletto shoes, almost missed landing flat on her face.
The performer, wearing over-the-knee boots with small, narrow heels, was captured on camera by fans clinging to her security guard’s jacket for balance just in time.

Luckily, her attendant was behind her, keeping up the long train of her dramatic and unusual garment, so he was strolling just in front of her, within arm’s reach.

The Queen of Pop tripped on the empty runway, and it was obvious that she was the last to arrive—nearly everyone else had taken their seats.

She then appeared to make an effort to act as though the error had never occurred and hurried to her seat.

Following the error and the fashion presentation, Madonna was spotted leaving New York City’s Rockefeller Plaza while sporting two pairs of sunglasses at once.

At the end of the evening, she was heading to Emilio’s Ballato restaurant for dinner.

The Material Girl hitmaker chose a camel brown trench coat-inspired dress with dramatic shoulder pads and a long, floor-sweeping train for the event and her night out.

The unusual outfit was undone at the bottom to reveal the heels that almost brought her down on the runway.

She carried a purse with structured round handles that looked like a briefcase.

Madonna wore black latex opera gloves and layered her rings on top for an even more edgy appearance.

She had a tonne of silver diamonds hanging around her neck and wore oversized square glasses over gray cat-eye sunglasses.
