Jessica Alba performs the viral dance to Charli XCX’s Apple song while flaunting her toned stomach in a bikini

On Wednesday, Jessica Alba enjoyed herself on social media.

The Fantastic Four actress looked great in a black bikini with an open black blouse showcasing her trim figure.

The mother of three was not visible to her children as she danced in the backyard like a wild adolescent clubgoer, her hair down.

The 43-year-old was performing the well-known Charli XCX dance for the Brat album song Apple.

Prior to adding her movements to Instagram, Alba’s moves were originally seen on TikTok. She removed them after 15 minutes.

“It was a brat summer,” the cover girl captioned her photo.

The entertaining dance routine was choreographed by Kelley Heyer, a TikTok creator.

Heyer posted on TikTok on July 14, saying, “One month ago, I made a dance on a whim and now look at everyone dancing and along and having so much fun.”

The video became viral very quickly.

Stars like Ashley Tisdale, Glen Powell, and Brooke Shields have already recreated it.

“Hard to remember my life before this dance,” Powell remarked.

Charli saw the post herself and wrote, “Absolutely!”

Rowan and Grier Henchy, Shields’ daughters, forced her to do it.

Shields wrote, “My girls keep telling me it’s a brat summer @charli_xcx.” “I assumed that began at the time of their birth!”

‘I imagine the apple don’t fall far from the tree;’ was how the Apple song began.since I’ve been staring at you for so long that all I can see is me; I want to launch the apple skyward. It seems like you’re not able to comprehend me; All I want to do is take a car to the airport. I want to go to the airport.

This happens after Alba revealed to Cash Warren the key to her 16-year marriage.

It’s something you really have to decide to do, she said to People. You two truly need to carve out time for one another.

A month before they welcomed their eldest child, Honor, 16, into their family, Alba, 45, and Warren met while working on the set of 2005’s The Fantastic Four. The two were married in a straightforward courtroom ceremony in May 2008.

Since then, they’ve added Hayes, age six, and Haven, almost thirteen, who assist in keeping their parents busy.

“While it’s true that going through the motions in daily life is inevitable, it’s crucial to remember that we must prioritize spending time together, laughing, and genuinely connecting during those moments,” she said.

We simply look around and decide, “Actually, at my worst, I’m still better off with you,” if we feel like we’re going through a rough patch.

The question “Would my life be better if we weren’t together?” must be asked when looking up. And each time, the response is, “No.” You know, we’re pals.

As her kids become older, quality family time becomes even more important.

The girls and I were completely out of our element when we went to Monster Jam, but Hayes was thrilled to show us everything. The L.A. Finest star said, “He knew all the cars and drivers and stats.”

It was the loveliest thing ever to see this 6-year-old boy, who we pretty much constantly bring into our surroundings, feel so confident.

The actress and entrepreneur revealed that it took her a few years to feel secure in her role as a business owner in a recent interview with Trever Noah for his What Now? podcast.

“It took me, probably three years after I founded Honest before I really embraced the notion that I could be smart,” the founder of The Honest Company said in an excerpt of the conversation that was shared on her Instagram page.

“I let my co-founders take credit for finding me, even though I brought them on and pitched them the idea,” the woman admitted.

“I took a long time to actively alter that narrative.”

The action star said, “Stop looking to men for validation” without hesitation when asked what advice she would give her younger self.

“Goddamn,” Noah answered.

In her newest film, Trigger Warning, Alba plays a kickass lady who wants to use her Special Forces experience to discover the true cause of her father’s untimely death.
