Brie Larson underwent a major physique transformation after being cast as Captain Marvel in 2016. She is completely shredded, with six-pack abs and an ultra-toned body thanks to her love of rigorous exercise. In a 2020 YouTube video, she said, “It didn’t sit well for me to play a strong role without truly being strong.”

The Oscar-winning actress posts footage of a lot of her workouts on Instagram. Brie has demonstrated how her commitment to fitness has allowed her to accomplish feats like one-arm pull-ups and one-arm push-ups.
Fans have seen her progress from being able to perform stunning 275-pound hip thrusts to continuing to work toward ever-higher goals.

Brie enthusiastically captioned the video, “335/350/400 byeeeee,” as she eventually achieved the impressive 400 pounds.

The Room star upped the ante on an already demanding workout, demonstrating why she is the ultimate fitness inspiration. Brie was an absolute pro at several push-ups, so she decided to increase the difficulty by adding hefty metal chains around her waist. “Getting stronger is a process I’m committed to showing up for every day,” she captioned one video of herself persevering through the exercise.

When performing a series of resistance band exercises, Brie wrote next to the video another motivational saying,

A strong woman is one who is driven to accomplish something that others are unwilling to achieve.

The actress from Just Mercy is more than just a gym rat. While Brie loves to work out in the boxing ring, she also likes to dance as a method to move her body. “Fresh Year, new chance to get in step and out of step and then back in it again and all the way through,” she commented next to an Instagram video from January 2, 2019, of her performing a lovely choreographed routine in a dancing class.

Brie literally aims for the highest peaks when she goes outside to exercise. She conquered The Grant Teton, a 13,775-foot mountain just north of Jackson, Wyoming, while rock climbing in 2019.

For the incredible feat, she only trained for six weeks with her personal trainer, Jason Walsh. But because she worked out as Captain Marvel, her fitness level was extremely high, and she trained at an indoor rock climbing gym to hone the technical maneuvers required for the accomplishment.

After recording a 16-minute YouTube video about the incident, Brie eventually shared it in 2020, a year after her covert climb. She said to her followers in it, “If I can do it, so can you. I don’t consider myself to be superhuman. I am aware that
