According to reports, Dave Grohl is trying to “earn back the trust of his family” in the wake of his affair scandal, which has caused Foo Fighters to “take a hiatus.”
The 55-year-old musician stunned fans earlier this month when he admitted to having an affair with Jordyn Blum, his wife of 21 years, and having a baby girl with an unidentified woman.
The band postponed their scheduled performance at this weekend’s Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut, in response to the news. According to rumors, they are now planning to take a hiatus as they deal with the fallout from “a turbulent few years.”

Blum and Grohl got married in 2003 after meeting in 2001. Three girls, Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10, live with their parents.
Both of his older daughters deleted their social media accounts after he revealed that he had fathered a child outside of marriage.
His disclosure of marital infidelity came after he had previously admitted to cheating on his first wife, Jennifer Leigh Youngblood, in a 2007 interview with The Guardian.After getting married in 1994, the couple separated in 1996, and the following year, they got divorced.

Although not much is known about Blum, People stated that when she was 12 years old, a supermarket found her and she went on to feature on the cover of Teen.
When she allegedly met the frontman, she was employed by MTV as a producer. However, Grohl stopped contacting Blum after a few dates because he wasn’t ready for a committed relationship, as he admitted to Elle in 2007.
