Exclusive: Miley Cyrus’s family conflict takes an unexpected turn
Amidst a fractious family dispute and a personal entanglement, Tish Cyrus and her daughter Noah Cyrus got back together in Los Angeles on Monday for the first time in three years.
The 24-year-old youngest child of Miley Cyrus’s mother,57, was observed with her at the Encino Financial Center, showing signs of closeness.
Tish, decked out in a white tank top and gray sweatshirt, seemed to put her hand on Noah’s shoulder as they entered the structure.
Witnesses said that the “estranged mother and daughter spent over two hours at the center that offers financial management and legal advice.”
The appearance occurs after Billy Ray Cyrus, Tish’s ex-husband, attacked their daughter Miley in an online tirade full of profanities.
It also occurs after earlier this year, Tish was at the heart of startling rumors that she “stole” her husband, Dominic Purcell, from Noah.
Noah “arrived at Tish’s house at 1pm; about twenty minutes after her ex-boyfriend and now stepfather, Dominic Purcell, left in his pick up truck with two surfboards in the back,” according to witnesses from Monday’s outing.
Billy Ray makes an odd self-referential statement in the third person on audio that DailyMail.com obtained on Wednesday. He then turns to Miley and says the startling thing, “Everyone knows that devil’s a skank.”
He also treats Tish, his ex-wife of 28 years who is also the mother of three of his biological children (Noah, 30, Braison, 31, and Miley, 31), with the same contempt and mockery. Tish is referred to as “s**t” rather than by name.
After Tish and Billy Ray got married, Billy Ray adopted Brandi, 37, and Trace, 35, Tish’s two daughters. Billy Ray also has a son from a previous relationship.

He texts her, saying she “makes Deanna [sic] Lohan look like Mother Theresa,” likening her to Lindsay Lohan’s 61-year-old mother Dina.
Billy Ray and Miley are said to have become distant in the years following Tish and Billy Ray’s divorce in 2022.
Billy Ray’s outburst follows reports that Noah was upset with sister Tish for’stealing’ her former partner Dominic Purcell.
On August 19, 2023, Tish and Dominic, 54, got married at the residence of Noah’s well-known sister Miley. Noah did not attend the event.
Reports of Noah and Dominic’s relationship have varied, although some have stated that they were “seeing each other” and “hooked up” prior to him getting married to her mother.
From a brief affair with Jodhi Meares to a BDSM relationship with actress AnnaLynne McCord, Prison Break star Dominic’s love life has drawn notice.
Dominic had an intermittent connection with AnnaLynne prior to his relationship with Tish.
The 36-year-old former 90210 star, who is 17 years Dominic’s junior, has talked candidly about their ten-year relationship, which ended in early 2020.
After dating for three years, the couple broke up in 2014 but reconciled in July of that same year. They then went back to each other in 2016.
After splitting up once more in 2018, there were rumors that they had reconciled in 2020, however AnnaLynne subsequently said they were only friends.
In a 2021 interview with the sexual health portal Giddy, AnnaLynne described Dominic as a “big, strong, angry Aussie,” highlighting the significant influence that BDSM had on their relationship, which was intermittent.

According to People, Noah was ‘offended’ when her mother wed the Australian celebrity.
“Noah and Dominic were having intermittent, friends-with-benefits relationships.” An insider told the publication, “They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up.”
The source went on, “Tish knew he had been seeing Noah.”
Despite the fact that Noah and Dominic had broken up when Tish became their partner, Noah claims that Tish never offered him the opportunity to discuss any of this before they were married.
Entertainment Tonight has also reported that Tish “hired security” to prevent Noah from attending the wedding.
Us Weekly reported that Tish and Dominic fell out when Tish started ‘chasing’ Dominic, who had allegedly been romantically involved with Noah for ‘about eight to nine months.’
It was said that Dominic and Noah, who are 30 years apart, were “having issues.”
But last month, Dailymail.com was informed by a family insider that Noah had “fabricated details” of a relationship with Dominic.
“Dominic and Noah were not together and Noah never dated,” the person claimed. “She is trying to fabricate a story that will portray her as a victim; she is delusional to think otherwise.”
“Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up,” the source continued of the rift. It was due of the money that Tish was always so conceited.
Reportedly, Tish is’spiraling out of control and trying to figure out how to diffuse’ her daughter’s rift.
The mother-of-five supposedly wants to patch things up, but in spite of her best attempts, an insider told Us Weekly that the family “rift is real” and the two are still “on the outs.”
The source stated, “Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing with Dominic.”
According to the site, when “all this started,” the two temporarily blocked each other on social media, but they have since followed one other again.
Prior to her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, Tish disclosed that she had experienced a “complete psychological breakdown.” Last summer, she married Dominic, an actor from Prison Break.
There were rumors of a rift at the time because Tish’s son Braison and daughter Noah were not present for her wedding, despite the fact that several family members, including Miley, were there.
“Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” the source told Us Weekly, adding she “was aware” of this when she started corresponding with the celebrity.
“Noah and Tish’s conflict is much deeper than most people realize.” The insider continued, “Nathan is very upset about Tish taking Dominic away from her.”
In 2022, Billy and Tish formally ended their 30-year marriage, and they have since moved on to new relationships.
In October of last year, Billy wed Australian singer Firerose in a “ethereal celebration of love.”
