Cory and Bobbi Althoff “agree on settlement amid divorce” after Bobbi denied having an affair with Drake
The terms of Bobbi Althoff’s divorce from her husband Cory have been agreed upon. They had settled the more important aspects of their divorce the day before, according to a new file, which TMZ revealed on Friday.
Cory and Bobbi decided not to pursue spousal support and will split child custody between them. A judge’s approval of the document is all that is required for them to proceed with the divorce. The ex-couples took nearly half a year to agree on the settlement terms.
In February, Corey filed for divorce. He listed July 4, 2023, as the date of their split in documents that TMZ was able to get. Bobbi, 26, denied having an affair with Drake months prior to this.

August 2023: Bobbi dispelled rumors that she and Drake were romantically linked, a month after she published an interview with Drake that included the two in bed.
In a private message to Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, she shot down any speculations. Dave Portnoy then posted the exchange on his own Instagram account.
The texts between the two were exchanged following the social media dissemination of an edited podcast recording featuring Portnoy discussing a discussion he had with Bobbi, which further fueled rumors of an affair between the rapper and the podcast host.
“My girlfriend said you slept with Drake and are getting a divorce,” Portnoy wrote in a direct message to Bobbi, inquiring as to whether she had had sexual relations with Drake and intended to file for divorce. I’m arguing that’s untrue.
‘I’m not commenting on that publicly, but off the record, you’re right it is not accurate,’ Bobbi shot back. As the talk came to a conclusion, Portnoy said, “I knew I was right.”

The Barstool founder talked about that conversation in his BFFs podcast; however, the video was altered for social media to appear more “juicy” than it actually was.
The entertainment publication was also informed by insiders that the Grammy winner’s friendship with the media personality soured toward the end of summer of the previous year.
Bobbi stayed in touch with Drake after the widely shared podcast conversation, and he extended an invitation for her to attend one of his concerts in August in Los Angeles. She famously removed the rapper’s podcast interview the next day.
TMZ was told by sources that the God’s Plan hitmaker had only handed her regular admission tickets rather than VIP ones, which is what supposedly made the media influencer ‘furious.’
Bobbi posted a video of herself standing on the venue floor and wearing an unamused expression in another since-deleted footage.
According to additional sources, she was reportedly angry that she was only granted general admittance. At one point during the performance, she tried to get backstage but was stopped by security.
Later, sources told TMZ that Bobbi was asked to remove the performance video and the viral interview by the singer’s management. The two unfollowed one another on Instagram during the supposed conflict.
Regarding whether the rapper—whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham—and Althoff have worked out their supposed falling out, insiders told the site that they don’t communicate.
But Bobbi recently stated, during an appearance on Keke Palmer’s show, that she had spoken with the celebrity around a month prior. In addition, she described him as “a very nice person” and gave the rapper credit for “changing the trajectory” of her life.
Her former husband Cory ended their four-year marriage to the podcast host due to “irreconcilable differences,” according to court documents that TMZ obtained on Wednesday.
He is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two kids, Luca, age three, and Isla, age one.

The media star broke her quiet on her regular Instagram profile on Wednesday as well, following Cory’s divorce filing.
She shared an old black and white photo of the couple with her fans and followers, writing, ‘As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce.’
Even though I’m heartbroken right now, I am incredibly grateful for the time I had with him as his wife. He is an incredibly wonderful father to our girls, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to coparent with him. ‘Even if our marriage did not work out, we will always be friends, and I will always love him,’ Bobbi continued.
