Since her divorce was recently announced, Christina Hall has been more open about her life.

Following her divorce from Josh Hall, the 41-year-old host of Christina on the Coast revealed in a personal update on Friday, August 9, that she had a “new level of gratitude.”

After a month, Christina posted on her Instagram Stories, saying, “I’ve got my appetite back.” I’m back to working out. My children are content, and our home has a cozy vibe about it.Everyone who truly knows us understands how much those poor kids adore me, and that’s what counts.

The HGTV star continued by saying that her career is going so well that it feels like a dream and that she has recently “laughed more than I have in forever” on nights out with pals.

Christina said, “I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise— I will never ever give away my peace again,” in reference to her present philosophy on life. I will say this: there is a newfound appreciation for each and every moment of life if you have ever lost tranquility and then found it again. a profound degree of gratitude for the present and for being in it.

“I’ll accept the lesson if that is it. The rest will fall into place when you have a good outlook, as it always does 🤍🤍,” she said.
Christina said, “Perfect Friday Night 🤍” and included a cute picture of herself resting inside with her sons, Brayden, 8, and Hudson, 4.

With her first husband Tarek El Moussa, the TV host is the mother of her 13-year-old daughter Taylor and son Brayden. She and her second husband, Ant Anstead, have a 4-year-old kid named Hudson.

When Josh filed for divorce in July, citing “irreconcilable differences” and asking for spousal support, according to records acquired by PEOPLE on July 16, word of Christina and Josh’s split spread. On July 24, Christina filed a response of her own, asking that neither party get spousal support.

Josh was most recently spotted in PEOPLE-only images as they prepared to move out of their $12 million Newport Beach, California, house on August 5. This came after on August 2, he shared his thoughts about the divorce on Instagram for the first time, saying things like, “I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I did not ask for,” and that he would not publicly disparage anyone because they all have families, friends, and other people who love and respect them.

Josh was not visible on August 7, the day Christina was spotted having a good time filming her new HGTV series The Flip Off. Originally, she was intended to appear with her estranged husband on the show.

The former pair was originally scheduled to compete against Christina’s 42-year-old ex Tarek and his new wife, Selling Sunset alum Heather El Moussa, 36, in the upcoming house-flipping competition episode.

The program is scheduled to debut in 2025. On July 23, several sources told PEOPLE that Christina had resumed filming the series, albeit without her husband.

Christina, meantime, wrote a note on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, August 9, in response to people who have been contacting her with amorous comments following the announcement of her divorce.
