Christian Serratos, star of The Walking Dead, is engaged to David Boyd, his companion of ten years
Christian Serratos and 36-year-old singer-songwriter David Boyd, her lover of ten years, are engaged. The 33-year-old star of Walking Dead posted pictures from Boyd’s proposal night on Instagram on Friday.

The Twilight actress’s ring is an 11.66 carat pink diamond set on a crimson band that was produced in a lab.
Ten years ago, Serratos told The Knot, “I was filming Walking Dead, and David was on tour with Paramore and Fallout Boy.” This is how the couple first met in Atlanta.
I went backstage to greet a buddy who was touring after watching his performance, and that’s how I met him. The following night, we went on our first date, and we’ve been together ever since,’ she exclaimed.
She also shared with the publication their wedding vision. “We’ve always talked about getting married, even though we’re not very traditional,” Serratos stated. Since I tend to be fairly shy, I think our wedding will be extremely low-key. Maybe even Camp.
On his personal Instagram, the Danish-American singer also posted a heartfelt homage.
“I’ve always loved you, and spending time with you and Wolfie makes me feel happier and more whole.” Let’s celebrate our love and shared future by yelling it from the roofs. I adore you,” he penned.
The Selena singer poses for the camera in the first picture, holding her palm up to reveal her ring, while sporting an off-the-shoulder tan sweater. Her fiancé, sporting a red hat on his head and a denim jacket over a black t-shirt, peered off to one side. In the following picture, Christian posed with her hand covering her lips, showcasing her pink manicure and ring.
The ring was visible in a few more pictures, one of which showed her using her ring finger rather than her middle finger to turn off the camera.
After dating for two years, in 2014, the pair welcomed their daughter Wolfgang into the world in 2017. “I adore raising David as my child.” We complement each other really nicely,’ she told the site.
We parent pretty much in the same way, but David’s endurance and our extremely active child are a match made in heaven. We get that for giving her the name Wolf, but our group is awesome.
She’s a really acclimatized young person. In an earlier interview with People, Serratos said, “Me and David try not to overanalyze things or guilt ourselves for too much.” We travel a lot, so naturally, I had some concerns about that.
We both recognized that she is terrific and always has been great as long as she is with us. “She’s a really laid-back kid,” she said.
Serratos mentioned that during her filming, her daughter pays her a visit. When I tell her I have to leave, she says, “Okay, Mommy, see you later,” according to the single mother. Thus, I believe that the fact that she has always accepted this as her reality and is aware of her support system has really helped.
