Cher is being very honest
The 78-year-old singer revealed on Wednesday that she will be publishing a two-part memoir along with an early peek at the cover.
Cher: The Memoir, Part One, the first installment, will be available on November 19, 2024. 2025 is when the second book is scheduled for release.

The singer of I Got You Babe talked about her “complicated relationship” with her ex-husband Sonny Bono and her early years of success.
She’ll probably also discuss her relationship with music producer AE Edwards, who is far younger than her.
“After more than seventy years of fighting to live her life on her own terms, Cher finally reveals her true story in intimate detail,” according to a description provided by HarperCollins Publishers.

It was claimed that Cher’s “trademark honesty and humor” will be featured in the memoir.
“Cher: The Memoir traces how this diamond in the rough succeeded with no plan and little confidence to become the trailblazing superstar the world has been unable to ignore for more than half a century,” it said, replete with her characteristic honesty and humor.
Part One of “Cher: The Memoir” chronicles her remarkable beginnings from childhood till she meets and marries Sonny Bono.
And exposes the incredibly complex connection that brought them international recognition but ultimately caused them to split up.

She has previously stated that she felt uneasy disclosing specific information.
She claimed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, “I just totally chickened out because I guess I was, I don’t know what I was, I was just totally chickening out.”
Some items that should have been there but are uncomfortable weren’t because I didn’t put them in. I must thus return and get a man up.
Additionally, she declared, “It is the hardest thing,” on The Graham Norton Show. “It’s difficult to cast, I’ve lived too long, and we haven’t even finished the script.”
In December 2018, Cher made her autobiography announcement for the first time.
