at her own pace. After the pop singer closed her Instagram account, some admirers reportedly requested a police welfare check. Britney Spears responded to this request in public.
The 41-year-old “Gimme More” singer tweeted on January 26: “As everyone knows, the cops were summoned to my home based on some prank phone calls.” “I adore and love all of my followers, but this time, things got out of hand and my privacy was violated. When the cops arrived at my gate, they quickly concluded there was no problem and left without entering my house.

After learning of the incident, Britney stated that she “felt like [she] was being gaslit and bullied.”
I sincerely hope that moving forward, the public and my fans—whom I care deeply about—can respect my privacy during this period of my life. Love to you, B.
Two days before to Britney’s post, a number of admirers had gotten in touch with the authorities, saying they were concerned about the “Toxic” singer since her Instagram account had been deactivated.

A representative for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six on Wednesday, January 25, “I can confirm that we did get calls into our dispatch, and basically, I can confirm that we don’t believe that Britney Spears is in any kind of harm or danger.”
Britney has frequently deleted her Instagram account, but on January 24, some TikTok members expressed their concern for her.
In a live TikTok video that was shared by multiple media sources, a social media user who went by the name Christina said, “I was phoning because I am concerned about the physical safety of a person in your region.” “Her account has been deactivated because of suspicious behaviour online.”

The caption of another user’s TikTok video that went live read, “If we’re wrong, I’d rather be wrong than do nothing at all.”
According to a rumor that surfaced earlier this month, Britney and her husband, Sam Asghari, appeared to be having a “meltdown” in a restaurant.

On January 14, TMZ stated that Britney’s husband, 28, whom she married in June 2022, “stormed out” of the restaurant they were allegedly eating at in the San Fernando Valley, California. On January 16, Sam shared a message on his Instagram Stories with the caption, “Don’t believe everything you read online, people,” in an apparent attempt to address the situation.
