Over the years, there have been rumors that she may have undergone cosmetic procedures on her face, but she has never confirmed them.
Dana Omari-Harrell, the owner of the well-liked Instagram account @IGFamousByDana, which features pictures of plastic surgery, speculated on Thursday that the celebrity might have had a rhinoplasty.
She shared several images of Blake over the years and said, “A little birdie told me Dr. Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston) performed Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty.”

She continued, “Anyway, just wanted to share her (possible) plastic surgeon who did this amazing rhinoplasty.”
Lively has never acknowledged or refuted getting a rhinoplasty in public.
Blake has also never stated if she prefers injectable Botox or fillers, or other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
The celebrity previously admitted to Vogue that, despite her red carpet glamour, she keeps her makeup simple for daily use.
“I usually just wear sunscreen and tinted moisturizer on a daily basis, not much more.” Nothing very exciting,’ she said.
According to Women’s Health, there have also been reports that she enjoys using facial steamers.

The actress had misaligned teeth in her 2002 yearbook photo, which she later had fixed with braces.
In her younger years, she also played around with her long blonde hair, attempting tight curls at one cheerleading competition.
Photos from her later school years distinctly demonstrate her development into the assured actor of today.

These days, Blake and 47-year-old actor Ryan Reynolds are the busy parents of four children.

She has been quite busy promoting It Ends With Us, her latest romantic drama movie.
She attended the London premiere of the movie on Thursday and looked lovely in yet another exquisite flowery gown.
