Jennifer Lopez’s most recent appearance was a throwback to 2002, and truthfully, not much has changed. Her honed abs haven’t changed, she’s dating Ben Affleck again, and her attire is still quite glitzy.
The multi-hyphenate also paid homage to the early 2000s last night with a performance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony that had many Y2K-related references. LL Cool J and Lopez performed their 2002 hit song “All I Have” during the ceremony, and Lopez’s attire was a complete throwback.
J.Lo wore a floor-length blue coat straight off the AZ Factory runway over a bedazzled bikini top, and she accessorized with black cargo leggings and lace-up stiletto boots. She wore her iconic hoop earrings, a diamond choker necklace, and a belt with rhinestones over her exposed midriff as accessories.
She had two face-framing ponytails on each side of her backcombed hair.
Lopez smiled for pictures backstage after her unexpected visit and changed into a black blazer. “Love is life, and living is life! Tonight, I had the opportunity of taking part in something extremely special for my friend @llcoolj “J.Lo posted a picture on Twitter showing herself with Dr. Dre, Eminem, and other musicians.
Jen’s schedule has been crammed full with job commitments this fall. While Ben is filming a movie in Austin, Texas, she has been filming The Mother, an upcoming Netflix drama, in Vancouver in addition to her numerous musical appearances. But the couple “stays linked” despite their separation.
They frequently get together despite the fact that they both film during the week on location, a source told E! News. “To ensure that they see each other every few days, they are figuring out their schedules. They are maintaining their connection and things are nice between them. Although they have a lot going on, they still find time to be together.”
